We collect information you provide when requesting a quote, scheduling a site visit, or contacting us, including:

- Site address and project details (area, surface type, photos)

- Photos uploaded to our AI mockup tool (processed to generate previews)
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) when you use our website

- Preparing quotes and scheduling installations
- Communicating with you about your project
- Generating AI mockups you have requested
- Issuing invoices and warranty documentation

- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, AI image generation, payment processors, accountants) strictly to deliver our services, and with authorities where required by law.
5. Photos uploaded to the AI mockup tool
Photos you upload are transmitted to an AI image provider to generate a preview. We do not publish your photos publicly without your permission. Mockup usage is rate limited per IP address.
6. Data security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain records for as long as required to service your project, honour warranty obligations and comply with tax and legal requirements (generally 7 years).

You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
